For anyone who wants to buy Sidr honey please be careful, you can be scammed very easily, If you want to make sure it's Sidr [ it can't be 100% because the bee drinks from different resources ] There is a device that test the honey and gives you the rate of the food that the bee ate.
Bees can be feeded with sugar or even Miranda ( orange soda ) so the quality of the honey will be lower.
My uncle has Bees farm in Yemen and he gives us some honey once per year, i'm not here to advertise because i don't sell honey, it's for family only.
If you want a good Sidr honey you must visit Yemen and test the honey before you buy it, And by test i mean you need a device but unfortunately i don't know it's name.

The honey from a tiny Australian stingless bee "sugarbag bee" would have to be one of the rarest and most remarkable honeys in the world. Just 1-2 jars a year are produced by each hive per year, and the taste is sweet, tangy, tart and incredibly distinctive. Amazing!

If you consider all honey's that are raw and pure (the bees are not fed sugary syrups to in crease production) have some medicinal qualities. Then I would suggest local honey (to your location) as the best honey. If you consider pollution that lands on the flowers is then collected and turned into honey. Eating such honey would provide you to some degree an inoculation against the local pollutants that find there way onto the flowering plants.
Of course if is an intense taste you are looking for, i agree with the list provided but just in a slightly different order.
